I also accept postal orders and personal cheques (GBP only) Please allow 5-7 working days for all cheques to clear. If you wish to pay using these methods, please email Sally’s Boutique for information on where to send it and who to make the cheque payable to.

Return Policy
By following the guidelines of our RETURN POLICY you are assured a smooth return transaction and 100% customer satisfaction.

All claims for damaged or missing items must be received within five working days of delivery. Understandably, earrings are non-returnable or exchangeable (unless faulty), as we are required to adhere to strict health & hygiene regulations.

If returning an item, please follow these simple rules!

  1. Contact Sally’s Boutique to submit your claim. Please be sure to include your full name, item description and reason for returning.
  2. Once your claim has been verified you will receive an email with your Return Shipping Address. Please allow 1 working day for a reply. We will work quickly to keep you happy.
