Return Policy
By following the guidelines of our RETURN POLICY you are assured a smooth return transaction and 100% customer satisfaction.
All claims for damaged or missing items must be received within five working days of delivery. Understandably, earrings are non-returnable or exchangeable (unless faulty), as we are required to adhere to strict health & hygiene regulations.
If returning an item, please follow these simple rules!
- Contact Sally’s Boutique to submit your claim. Please be sure to include your full name, item description and reason for returning.
- Once your claim has been verified you will receive an email with your Return Shipping Address. Please allow 1 working day for a reply. We will work quickly to keep you happy.
